  Observed wet and damp floors in back dry storage area. Upon further inspection it was determined that the cause of the water
  was leaking lines from apartment above store. The owner has been notified to correct the situation. In the meantime, I
  recommend that any dry goods stored in this area be elevated off floor. ( The goods are all bottled beverages.)
